Cricut ATC Swap

This is what I made for an ATC swap I joined. We were to use our Cricut machine for this card. I used it to cut the ice cream cone out. For the cone, I put flocking on it & the ice cream was cut with velvet paper. I smoosed Stickles on it to make it look like sprinkles on it.

The paper is from the Nana's Kids stack.

While I'm on the subject of Mia....

Here's a pictures I got of her, yesterday. Mia really seems to like going for rides! Yesterday we decided to drive down by the river.

I'm not sure if this will work, but I'm going to try! I got a funny video of Courtney sharing fries with Mia, but it's on my cell phone. I've tried & tried to get it from my phone to my laptop with no luck.

If this doesn't work, can someone tell me how to do this?

Monkey Card

I was up late last night waiting on the teenage son to get home. It was midnight & I was exhausted, so I decided to make a card. I think my inspiration came from http://kwernerdesign.com/blog/. If you don't read her blog go read it!

I used some paper that Sandra sent me, so I'm not sure who it's made by. It's pretty paper, though! I used my new monkey stamp & some ribbon that was salvaged from one of dd's friends, lol. It was a hair ribbon & she was throwing it away, nuh-uh! It's a brown velvet ribbon, so pretty!
