Finally

I'm finally feeling a little bit better, only wishing I was all better!  This has been a bad winter!  The more friends I talk with, the more I hear of others around here having this same crud and they have had it for weeks, too.
I've been busy working on piecings to add to my Etsy shop.  I've ignored it for weeks since I've been sick.
I thought I would share a few sets I got finished and listed today.

The patterns for all of these piecings can be found at Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

Thanks for stopping by!

Design Team Monday January 29th, 2012

Hello everyone, this week we are challenging you to make a mini album using Little Scraps of Heaven Designs patterns to decorate your album.
I'll share pictures of the album I made.  I started with a blank mini heart album from Michael's & two packs of paper from Michael"s $1.50 bins.

Cover
For the cover I used the cupid pattern from the Baby's First Valentine collection.

Inside Pages

The first two inside pages I have used the doily & Love Letters patterns.

For the next two pages I used the Banners collection.

For the next two pages I used Love Hot Air Balloon and Love Letters

New Listings at Etsy

I have been playing with the new "Tweet on You" collection.  This is such a fun pattern set!  It was created for Valentines Day but I can think of so many other occasions to use this for.  I think it would be great for dating pictures, new home pictures and just anything about love!
Here's my completed set, which can be found for sale at Etsy.
For this set I used papers from Core~dinations. I LOVE this cardstock and these colors are so great together!
Here's another piecing I got finished and put on Etsy today, too.
This piece is from the Gingerbread-Man-Pattern-Collection.  This is another super cute pattern!

Thanks for stopping bye!  I hope you are having a very good day!

Design Team Challenge

Here is the info for this week's design team challenge.  You can find all of the info at the design team blog.

If you haven't yet please take the time to check out our Design Team Blog.
This past week the Design Team worked hard to get their projects finished for this week's Layout Sketch Challenge.
We encourage you to join our Sketch Challenge this week. All you need to do is create a layout following the sketch using a LSHD paper piecing and linking it to our DT Blog using Mr. Linkey.
If you don't have a blog no worries, just upload your project here and we will link it to the blog for you. Just label your project as Sketch Challenge.
All entries need to be posted before Saturday evening. (Jan. 14th)

Here is my page that I made for inspiration.

Sorry, I have not been around very much & have not updated my blog.  I have been super sick, so I've spent all of the past week either in bed or in my recliner.

This is a page I created last night using the Snow Bunny Play pattern collection.  I started out thinking I would just make the pieces and before I knew it, it all turned into a page!  I love these little bunnies!
This page is for sale on my fanpage if you would be interested in owning it.

For my first project, I decided to make a picture for my granddaughter.  What possessed me, I don't know but I decided I wanted the frame to be glittered!  It's really pretty after it's all done, so it was worth it.  I used the Sleeping Beauty Pattern Collection for this project.

Thanks for stopping by, your next stop is Kandice.

Dirty Little Bear

Here's my  newest listing at Etsy.  This little bear is made to look like he has been playing trucks in the dirt all afternoon.  I remember so many days of our son coming in after a day of playing with his Tonka trucks and digging in the dirt.  He looked just like this little bear!

Thank-You for stopping by!
