I made this card for Leah at A Charming Place. She offered to make me one of her harvest ATC cards that I admired. So, I asked her what she preferred & she said something vintage.This is what I came up with. It's suppose to look like a little file folder. The picture is of my Mom on a tricycle. I used UTEE on it to make it look older.
